Solution Frameworks

To speed the implementation process and deliver benefits quickly, FleetRisk provides solution sets, called “Solution Frameworks”. These solutions are pre-defined applications based on common industry challenges. Each framework shares a common set of input specifications, data translation and integration techniques, processing logic, and output specifications. Each solution can be easily tailored to fit the market segment, fleet operation, and historical data of an individual client. The following three Solution Frameworks are ready for delivery.

Risk & Safety Solutions

Risk & Safety Solution

This is our most mature solution and has achieved spectacular results for early clients. The safety solution framework is designed to assist clients in reducing the costs associated with accidents and incidents. This solution gathers data from a multitude of sources, then models the aggregated data and predicts drivers “most likely” to “least likely” to have an accident or other performance problem. Early clients have decreased accident frequency by as much as 25% year over year and accident severity by as much as 75% by using this information in conjunction with effective countermeasure systems supported by FleetRisk.

The Driving Center

The Driving Center is an online application designed to improve driving safety within a fleet by supporting the management of a fleet safety program.  The Driving Center accomplishes this objective by delivering driving safety educational content, facilitating a coaching relationship between drivers and managers, scheduling and tracking drivers’ and managers’ completion of the Safe Fleet program of monthly and quarterly activities, and measuring and reporting team and organization-wide performance.  The Driving Center web application supports an organization’s commitment to improving driving safety by providing the means to efficiently convey driving safety knowledge and practices, and to ensure that all members of the organization may be held responsible and accountable for their part in advancing the mission of driving safety.  Please see our Products and Services for more information.

Recruiting and Retention Solution

The recruiting and retention solution is designed to assist clients in personnel selection and retention. This solution has two distinct components which work together to provide a holistic solution. The recruiting model compares the demographics of each applicant against the demographics of a “good employee”. The model produces a “score” for each applicant which can be integrated into the client’s hiring practices. The retention model is developed from the characteristics of current and past drivers who have chosen to voluntarily terminate employment with your company. Once the model is built, it compares the characteristics of the current driver/employee pool against the characteristics of driver/employees who have voluntarily left the company to produce a list of those “most likely” to “least likely” to leave the company voluntarily. With this new knowledge our clients can take action to retain their best people.
